Many may have known we're only utilizing a tiny part of our brain while the rest of the power remains unknown and unexplored. However, within that limit, we have the Law of Attraction to help us reach beyond the boundaries we believe we are in. I've experienced how powerful it is and how fast my wishes manifest.
Through visualization and generating happy feelings will certainly help sending out strong vibrations to the Universe, but I find writing the wishes out particularly effective. Simply write down your wishes like a story or a diary entry as if they have already happened. I tried it when I was quite desperate and after three entries in one day, my wish manifested the next afternoon.
The Law is working every minute, every second. It just depends on how you connect with it. Once you do, your wishes will come true. So, make your wishes carefully because it can achieve great things, and it can also destroy!

為愛而生
2012年的第一天，寫下了新一年的目標後，我並沒有躲懶，反而滿心積極地馬上展開工作，奈何感冒未愈，到五點多眼睛就撐不開，倒在沙發上頭昏昏的，意識開始迷糊！ 朦朧間做了個意想不到的夢，不是明明白白的把他放下了嗎？ 爲何今天早上只讀到他的名字，便有如被人從催眠中喚醒一樣，讓他再次任意游走於潛意識之間！
夢中，我回到了楓葉之地，轉眼間他已睡在我身旁，還牽著我的手，不單是暖的，那神經末梢的每一個細胞，仿如真的交感著，有點可怕！ 躺著、說著笑，一會兒他又起來去換衣服，換了一件白襯衫，黑西褲，說要上班去了，臨行前，還在冰箱裏拿了一瓶啤酒，我說我不喝冷飲，他說，那就把地方整理一下，等我回來！
驚醒後，良久也未能定下神來。 我在想爲什麽？ 現在生活中的點點滴滴，不是都被另一人佔據了嗎？ 心靈不是已經被填滿了嗎？ 這到底是意味著些什麽訊息？ 我搞不清楚，也有點内疚！
夢已逝，大部分記憶其實早已依稀，幸好能醒過來，此刻已再次站穩陣腳。 但怎樣也好，也慶幸二十多年前沒有錯過愛情，沒有錯過這樣盡情的經歷，多年後仍可回味、細味那抹不去的情懷。

時代不一樣吧！
今日一開收音機便是一個打正旗號由80後輕鬆討論時事的節目，氣氛煞是活潑。 但不到一分鐘，他們充斥著懶音的每一句説話，都足以令人毛骨悚然，猶如被膠底球鞋擦地聲不停折磨著！ 就連有前文後理的句子，其意思也要稍加思索才恍然大悟，實在不堪入耳！ 怎麽能讓這種料子當DJ！！ 他們是節目主持人，所談論的是時事，這樣的質素，任憑你滿肚雄才偉略也枉然。
是時代不一樣吧！！ 經常在蘋果動漫中看到那些女模特兒，衣著品味既嚇人又不貼題也罷了，介紹產品或樓盤時，她們那種明顯經過細心經營的 “聲韻學”，襯托著一面無知但堅定的自信，縱然滿口懶音橫飛，相信大部分觀衆都已日復一日被慢性洗腦了？！
隨著年月過去，當我們這些説話沒有懶音的 “老” 一代也跨往另一空間後，那時的後代應該已發展出一種新的“語言”吧！
同樣，在某時空裏，古人可能也對我們有著同樣的慨嘆呢！ 時代的確不一樣，但我們是在進步，還是退步？

"Only Love is Real" - Dr. Brian Weiss
Thought I've read all the books written by Dr. Brian Weiss. Can't believe I missed this second one in the series! Astonished by the groundbreaking evidence of reincarnation from Catherine's story in Many Lives, Many Masters, Only Love is Real reaffirms the purpose of life, that is in order to advance our souls, we must learn all these essential lessons - patience, understanding, forgiveness, kindness...and all these qualities come from one origin - LOVE.
For a relationship to work out, many people reckon if the partner doesn't have these qualities, Love is nowhere to be reached in that relationship!
Although I see it the other way around, I'm nobody to judge or criticize as I'm still learning, still digging out Love from my inner self. Perhaps Love is like a cycle; it's the origin as well as the destination. The only thing I'm sure of is it's time to reflect and reconnect. The answer is probably right around the corner - if I keep the eyes of my heart open...

“Everything in Life is Vibration” – Albert Einstein
Being inundated with the doomsday prophecy and emotionally stirred by my recent experience, I rethink the meaning of life. Trying to stay rational, so I start from a scientific perspective.
- Naturally, everything is made of atoms that are actually vibrations produced from frequencies. Tracing down, our thoughts are indeed frequencies as well. To decipher this theory, is everything simply the illusion of our consciousness, and thereby, everything is nothing! Or, do our thoughts shape our universe?
As we experience the ever-changing external physical world on one hand, and the inner sensations flowing within on the other, we should also realize the reality of our minds, our feelings and our thoughts - the subtle vibrations, the process of manifestation.
When we become aware of the fact that everything manifests in our life is because it matches the vibration from our thoughts, there's only one question left - WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT? When you send out YOUR frequency, is it a channel of greed, selfishness, hatred, negativity? Or is it Love, Understanding, Patience, Forgiveness and Kindness?

黑色星期五！
這夜，柔和的燈火映照著一杯又一杯的葡萄酒，但佐酒的卻是眼淚...舌頭嘗著淚水的微微鹹味，混著葡萄酒的酸和苦，層次格外複雜。
他如常地皺著眉頭，在我右邊耳際不停解説著各種道理，還有我從來不自覺的多項缺點，每一字都狠狠地雕進我的心裏，很痛很痛！ 空氣裏仿佛慢慢滲滿毒氣，讓人窒息。 我只想跑囘自己的空間裏，好好保護自己，我只想逃。
男人要逃避責任，列擧女人的種種缺點大概是最有力證據吧！ 好喇，我都記住了，原來之前無論怎樣了不起，如今都可以如此一無是處，聼起來也覺得自己討厭！

Electronic Spirit Communication
“Believe it or not, according to a new study, higher education is linked to a greater tendency to believe in ghosts and other paranormal phenomena." Robert Roy Britt writes in the January 20, 2006 issue of Live Science. That leads my imagination to “electronic spirit communication”.
Why not? It’s all about frequencies. I’m thinking that the internet technology may have provided a more accessible channel not only for human communication, but also the spiritual world. Phone calls from the dead and audiotape recordings containing voices of the dead have been recognized for decades while reincarnation has been scientifically proven. Before the spirits move on to the next life, they are somewhere in a dimension overlapping ours and may be so eager to communicate with the living as many of them often had unfinished business leaving behind. Without a body to operate, the technological advance probably caters a frequency platform to the ability of spirits to communicate.
The recent invention of attaching a chip on the fingers to enable freehand computer and internet operations without the need of a laptop or a palm is undoubtedly exciting. If the chip is wise enough to receive the instructions delivered by our brains, it shouldn’t be long before the communication technology breakthroughs the restrictions of this physical world, if mainstream scientists can really open up their minds to a world outside their laboratories.
If this imagination can come true, we will no longer wonder about afterlife. Will it help to right the wrongs morally? Or will people lose sympathy to victims in disasters? Or will people take advantage of the seem-to-be-endless chances?

短訊的頻率能傳遞靈秀飄逸的情意嗎？
聖誕、新年、生日、農曆年、情人節...一連串的大節日，以往都是我最期待、最興奮的日子，不是因爲有誰相伴，只因是生意最忙、收入最豐厚的時候。 還記得那段日子，每晚結帳時看到一叠叠厚厚的鈔票，心裏那安全感，最是踏實！
今年，眼前沒有厚厚的鈔票，案頭卻有一大堆文件工作，埋頭之餘，還幹了一些十多年來也沒幹過的瘋狂事，一切過後，還是自己獨個兒面對著生活的種種，氣氛中夾雜著無奈、孤獨，但也有平靜和自由。 或許，一切只視乎角度問題。 畢竟，心靈的喜悅，都應向内求，而非向外求，尤其是現今這電腦年代，看似聯係無間，但形體上的接觸可能更依稀。 無論是新朋友也好、二十多年的朋友也好，傳訊的工具大概只有手機裏的短訊罷了...煞是懷念昔日以信傳情的日子。 打開抽屜，仍有二十多年前收到的情信，薄薄的信紙已有點發黃，但以墨水筆抒寫出的筆劃溫柔秀麗，一字一句顯得份外深情！ 令人回味的絕非往事，只是那種情懷，有如楓葉飄零，縱然凋落，也保持靈秀飄逸，多麽淒美！ 短訊中的寥寥字句，能如此牽動心靈嗎？
我調皮地想出一個鬼點子，如果一天他忽然收到我用紙筆寫的短訊，他臉上驚訝的表情應該比他平常那溫柔的笑容更可愛吧！

應無所住而生其心
學會放下一點也不容易！ 朋友患了不治之症，看著自己的身體日漸衰退，向死亡慢慢步近，身心交瘁！ 較早前，因爲剛辭工，尚可騰出時間幫忙照顧。 但近來新工作越見繁忙，實在未能如前般經常探望。 奈何，朋友可能受到病情的影響，鑽起牛角尖來，甚至變得歇斯底里，令我很是内疚！
事已至此，我能做的也做了，能解釋的也解釋過了，最後，還是選擇偶爾撥個電話問候一下罷了。
面對死亡的態度，大抵與個人的性格及思想有著莫大的關係。 於我來説，我並不害怕死亡，反而有點好奇，怕的只是臨死前要承受漫長的折磨。 早已吩咐女兒，日後如果要把我滿身插滿喉管，剖這剖那來續命的話，倒不如讓我走得順利一點，也讓我這皮囊盡量漂亮一點，省得嚇怕膽小的女兒！
當事情已覆水難收，無論怎樣也應該要放下，能帶走的則應該是啓示。 畢竟，生命的原意是要讓我們在這空間學習，豐富各自的靈魂。 但願朋友能找到心靈的平靜空間...

Never Give Up On Someone Whom You Can't Go On Without Thinking Of Each Day
My recent project of translating children’s books is harder than I ever expected. Local educators tend to stuff everything into children’s tiny brains. I have to get mine spinning to find “baby words” to express the adult world in a fun way! But how can the adult world be fun by all means? Or can it be?
While searching for “baby words”, I travelled through time to my childhood for inspirations. Unfortunately, with the complex context in front of me, I only saw a negative picture. Little babies have to learn to deal with so many different expectations from the first day they come out of their mother’s vaginas. Well, some may enjoy an easier exit through operations but the roads ahead are equally tough.
Struggling through our adolescence, we upgrade to a more difficult level. Playing this game of adult life, we strive for the best we can, regardless of whatever it takes, all in the name of “pursuing a better life”. But do we really have a life? Or are we just living? Of all the ingredients we need in life, money is always considered the main dish. However, without love as the soup base, life is dry and tasteless.
My base has a complicated, multilayer and full-bodied texture which has been boiled down to its essence. Insisting in following my inner moonlight, I still strongly believe that life couldn’t be lived to its fullest without wholehearted devotions.
A new leaf of a new decade has been turned over. While I try my best to make the adult world a little bit more interesting for some children, I’m holding onto my belief of my positive attitude to continuously make everyone around me happy.
Alarmed by another wake-up call from the earthquake in Haiti, cherishing absolutely everything is the top priority and I shall never give up on someone whom I can’t go on without thinking of each day.

寧願食少一點, 都要食好一點
好朋友們應該對於 “富貴男友” 那趣聞還記憶猶新吧! 我按捺不住也曾經問那記者朋友何以如此作弄我, 她說:“如果寫你是以 Marketing Manager 的身份到訪該私人島就沒有說服力啦!” 原來說假話會更有說服力,哈! 又上了一課!
還有做過幾次有關和牛的訪問﹐除了照片是本人之外, 內文 “疑似” 我說的話,我都沒有說過! 其中有一次還說我已經有幾年在港食和牛的經驗! 大家都知我返港都沒有幾年,更何況我回港之前更是有一段時間戒了吃牛! 最想說的健康資訊卻無法刊出。
和牛的美味﹐無須多說﹐但吃肉的健康選擇應該要提倡一下。 和牛雖然滿佈油花,但其實大部份均是單一不飽和脂肪 (Mono-unsaturated Fat),這是良性的脂肪﹐不會對心血管造成損害。 這種 “難得有益的動物脂肪”,乃因為和牛是自由放養和草飼﹐而不是穀飼的。
“穀飼” 一詞﹐大家都應該非常熟悉吧。 因為在超市中無論是鮮肉或是冷藏的,“穀飼” 已被包裝成 “高級飼養牲畜的肉類來源”。 可是﹐你相信嗎?
如此成功的 Marketing,還得多謝美國在背後支撐! 因為草飼的成本高,土地的復原又要視乎氣候變化,為了以最低成本飼養出最快大,最肥美的牛隻,他們極度大量栽種經過基因改造的粟米,以代替幾乎所有豬﹑ 牛﹑ 羊﹑ 雞的飼料。 以牛為例,自古牠們都是吃草的動物,突然要適應食乾穀,一生都無法嘗到一口牠們應該食的鮮草,可以想象對消化系統的損害。 由於經過首輪胃腔的消化後無法完全輸送到另一個腹腔,農夫就在牠們胃以外的身體部份開一個洞,再套上一個膠圈以固定其位置,方便徒手把那堆不能消化的剩餘物質,活生生的從極度痛苦的牛隻中,就此取出! 只有這樣,他們才能繼續餵飼含大量澱粉質的乾穀,令牛隻繼續長肉。
到此地步,相信其他的都無須多說吧! 其他動物可能因為身體結構不同而暫且倖免受皮肉之苦,但牠們同樣被餵飼一樣的基因改造飼料,最後都葬身在我們的肚子裡!
當然,除了肉類之外,其他令你意想不到的基因改造食物多不勝數,你可能就正正在邊吃邊看,哈哈哈……! 下次到超市時﹐選擇草飼的肉類吧!

到此地步,相信其他的都無須多說吧! 其他動物可能因為身體結構不同而暫且倖免受皮肉之苦,但牠們同樣被餵飼一樣的基因改造飼料,最後都葬身在我們的肚子裡!
當然,除了肉類之外,其他令你意想不到的基因改造食物多不勝數,你可能就正正在邊吃邊看,哈哈哈……! 下次到超市時﹐選擇草飼的肉類吧!

Amazing Energy
An expert was delivering a speech today at the Rotary Club about "Energy". Energy doesn't just happen when you switch on a light, plug into a power point, or between human beings. Latest studies showed it also happens between human beings and animals.
Take dogs for example, your dog usually rushes to the door before you arrive home. You think this is because dogs have exceptional hearing ability and sense of smell? Nope! That's too simple. Recent studies showed that dogs actually start to behave at home the exact same moment as their owners has decided to go home. That's a link of special "energy" between the dog and the owner.
It totally amazed me. Although I still can't completely believe that dogs start to react so soon, I'm sure the expert wouldn't just reveal some nonsense messages without enough supports at such an honorable meeting. However, the key point is that we always take credits of what we think we can control; but the truth is we actually know so little about many things around us.
Now that another finding has enriched our knowledge a bit more, I shall look at my dog differently since I now know the bond between us is much more than our love or training. It's also an unique exchange of our energy. Not only does it widen the boundary of our special bond, but also makes me feel even closer to him with this invisible link.
